As a Skilled Carpenter, you will be working alongside a dedicated crew to meet project deadlines and client expectations. You will ensure all work adheres to our high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and accountable, with a solution-oriented and positive attitude. You should be a team player, adaptable, and committed to personal excellence. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking are key to success in this role. You will be expected to demonstrate health, safety, and environmental protection on all projects while continuously developing your skills and growing with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a construction crew to meet project schedules and client expectations.
• Ensure all projects adhere to approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for Scope, Quality, and Schedule Targets.
• Properly store and protect materials to maintain project integrity.
• Continuously develop professionally and communicate with clients in a professional manner.
• Participate in creating a positive, healthy work environment and corporate culture.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation of work sites.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and comply with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential construction, carpentry, or remodeling.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work well within a team.
• Experience with energy-efficient building technologies and techniques.
• High energy, detail-oriented, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Salary range: $50,000 to $80,000 (based on experience).
• Additional performance-based bonuses may apply
• Health and dental insurance.
• Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.
