House to Home Cleveland is a high-end remodeling company that partners with clients to create personalized, beautiful spaces. We specialize in mid to high-end residential remodeling, ensuring that every project is completed with precision, quality craftsmanship, and an eye for detail.

As a Painter at House to Home Cleveland, you will be responsible for bringing our remodeling projects to life with high-quality finishes. We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of residential painting experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for craftsmanship. You'll work closely with a skilled team and ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. You should be a detail-oriented professional with expertise in both surface preparation and application using brushes and rollers. A positive attitude, commitment to excellence, and the ability to work independently will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, and caulking.
• Apply paint to various surfaces using brushes and rollers.
• Ensure all projects are completed with a high level of craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a residential painter.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Must be skilled in both brush and roller application techniques (no spray).
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Salary range: $45,000 to $70,000 (based on experience).
• Additional performance-based bonuses may apply
